Where do you ship to?
I ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you have further question about shipping, please contact me at info@rebeccahurstart.co.uk

Do you accept returns?
Yes. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you change you mind, you can contact me via email info@rebecccahurstart.co.uk within 14 days to request a refund. 

You will need to be responsible for packaging and shipping. Once I have received the painting back safely, I full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Do you accept  payment in instalments?
My website offers the opportunity to pay in instalments though Clearpay. They will split the cost into 4 equal amounts to pay monthly. 

If you would like to pay for a painting in stages, you can also contact me. I will require a 50% deposit to be paid upfront to hold your painting and the remaining funds can be split into 2 payments to be paid monthly.

What are your framing options?
Most of my original work comes ready framed. However, there will be instances where a frame is not included. If this is the case, I can either take the painting to the framers on your behalf. There will be additional charges for my time and the framer will invoice you.
